When will I receive the request?

It depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery agent. We provide a group of shipping agents based in major cities; it usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.

Is there delivery outside the country?

Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and to a few specific cities listed on the delivery page.

You can request delivery outside the country from the store team via WhatsApp by providing them with information about the product's weight and the rates for international freight forwarders who are not currently registered with the store.

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?

You must read the return policy to know the conditions for returns and exchanges. If a product has an agreed-upon defect, the company's shipping cost is calculated, and the freight cost is returned to the customer. As for the product's value, it is not charged to the customer according to the return policy.

I wish to order large quantities. Is there a discount?

The store offers a delivery service for bulk orders and there is a discount ranging between 10-20% on certain products. You can contact us directly via the contact page and inquire about the quantities.
